Die Beten werden erst im Ofen gebacken und dann mit orientalischem Dressing zu einem aromatischen, lauwarmen Salat, der perfekt in den bunten Herbstanfang passt. Minze ist bei meinen Kindern leider nicht sehr beliebt, daher serviere ich sie, ebenso wie das Peperoncino-Oliven\u00f6l separat. Mit ged\u00e4mpften Couscous und gebratenem Halloumi wird der Salat zum Hauptgericht.<\/p>\n
