Bei dieser Variation des deutschen Klassikers, dessen Ursprung bereits im 18. Jahrhundert in Deutschland zu finden ist, wird die Blutwurst zu knusprigen B\u00e4llchen und die s\u00fc\u00dfen \u00c4pfel erhalten ein frisches Apfel-Ingwer-Topping. Das Thymian-Oliven\u00f6l passt perfekt zur Aromatik. F\u00fcr Kinder gerne noch geschmolzene Butter \u00fcber den Kartoffelbrei und alles andere extra.<\/p>\n
