Mit Deckel ca. 10 Minuten quellen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit einem Stabmixer die H\u00e4lfte der Himbeeren p\u00fcrieren. Die restlichen Himbeeren zur Seite legen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einem Becher eine Vinaigrette aus Balsamico, Oliven\u00f6l, Honig, Senf, Salz &amp; Pfeffer und p\u00fcrierten Himbeeren mixen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rucola waschen und auf einem Handtuch trocknen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servieren: Auf dem Teller ein Bett aus Couscous anrichten, mit Rucola bedecken und Mozzarella-Kugeln und ganzen Himbeeren dekorieren.
