In frischem Wasser mit Lorbeerblatt zugedeckt ca. 20-25 Minuten weich kochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Br\u00f6tchen grob w\u00fcrfelnd, dann mit warmer Milch (z.B. Hafer) \u00fcbergie\u00dfen, in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit warmem Wasser einweichen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00f6hren putzen und grob reiben. Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in feine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Knoblauch sch\u00e4len, Chili entkernen. Beides fein hacken, dann alles etwa 5 Minuten in Oliven\u00f6l anschwitzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linsen abgie\u00dfen, Lorbeerblatt entfernen, Br\u00f6tchen gut ausdr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linsen, Br\u00f6tchen, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Chilli und M\u00f6hren, Petersilie, Eier und Mehl dazugeben, dann mit den H\u00e4nden zu einem Teig verkneten. Kr\u00e4ftig mit Salz, Koriander sowie Kreuzk\u00fcmmel w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit angefeuchteten H\u00e4nden ca. 8-10 flache Bratlinge formen.
