In Basic-Oliven\u00f6l die sehr klein gew\u00fcrfelten Karotten und den ebenfalls sehr klein gew\u00fcrfelten Sellerie anr\u00f6sten. Dann die Zwiebeln und das Tomatenmark zugeben und die Zwiebeln glasig d\u00fcnsten. Mit der Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen, die Linsen und den Knoblauch zugeben und alles ca. 20 Minuten schmoren lassen, bis die Linsen weich sind. Die klein gew\u00fcrfelten Zucchini und die gest\u00fcckelten Tomaten zugeben und weiter schmoren lassen, bis alles warm ist und die Zucchini al dente gar sind. Gegebenenfalls noch etwas Br\u00fche nachgie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">Oregano und Thymian zugeben und mit Salz, Pfeffer und schwarzem Balsamico abschmecken. Die Waln\u00fcsse grob hacken und fettfrei in einer Pfanne r\u00f6sten. Wenn das Rag\u00f9 fertig ist, die Waln\u00fcsse unterr\u00fchren. Die Pasta wird mit etwas Basic-Oliven\u00f6l benetzt, damit sie nicht klebt. Nach dem Servieren in einer Schale mit etwas Parmesank\u00e4se anrichten und eine schwarze La-Bella-Olive darauflegen.
